Today, I would like to discuss XP acquisition, growth reset item, and in-app purchases.

Currently, the maximum level for heroes at launch, which islevel 60, is designed to be reached within 4-5 days by completing Stage 10 of the XP dungeon "Sanctuary of the Water Tribe." 

(This calculation is based solely on XP gained from the dungeon, and the actual time will be shorter if you consider the XP earned from adventures.)

The game's intention is for players to enjoy utilizing a variety of heroes across different content, finding fun in both the process and the outcome. Rather than focusing on growth reset, the game is designed so that as you play for a certain amount of time, the infrastructure needed for growth is naturally established within the game. At that point, growth becomes easier. However, we recognize that it can be frustrating when switching heroes isn't easy, or when progress is blocked before this growth infrastructure is in place.

Therefore, we are planning to take the following actions:

1. Increased Rewards for Gold and XP Dungeons

To make early-stage growth easier, we will increase the rewards in the early stages and overall, up to the later stages. To ensure no users are at a disadvantage, when the patch is implemented next week, we will compensate for any tickets already used so that users do not experience any loss.

2. Monthly Full Growth Reset

Originally, we planned two types of growth resets: a level reset and a full growth reset. Currently, only the level reset is available. The materials refunded from each reset are as follows, and all resources used for growth will be refunded 100%.

Level Reset (Resets only the level)

+ Level: Gold, XP

Full Reset (Resets all growth elements except transcendence)

+ Level: XP, Gold

+ Potential: Potential enhancement materials, Gold

+ Evolution: Ether, Gold

+ Skill Enhancement: Skill enhancement materials

+ Rank Up: Rank up enhancement materials, XP, Gold

We will apply the full reset to the game as soon as it is ready, allowing users to use it once a month for free.

3. Distribution of Growth Reset Item

While the need for growth reset items may decrease as users' growth progresses, many users seem to need them at present. Therefore, we will distribute 3 Bookof Harmonization as compensation during today's maintenance.

Please note that this is a one-time compensation and not a permanent system feature.

Internally, there was some debate, and as of yesterday, I stated that we had no plans to distribute Book of Harmonization, but (I was heavily persuaded) we have decided to do so.

As I always emphasize, the fun of RPGs lies in growth, and if growth is too easy, it might be fun at the beginning but will lose much of its value later on. This was a tough decision for us.

However, after careful consideration yesterday, we determined that the early gameplay experience for our users is more important.

We will carefully manage any issues related to the balance of resources resulting from these changes.

Regarding the increased rewards for Gold and XP dungeons, rather than waiting until next week's patch, we will apply the changes during today's maintenance to provide immediate improvement and compensation.

4. Regarding In-app Purchase

Our principle for in-app purchases in this game is to design them to save time for paying users, focusing on resources that can be obtained in-game.

While paying is the user's choice, we recognize internally that the current products are not very efficient. We are also concerned about the low satisfaction among users who have supported the game by making purchases, so we will take action on this.

The direction for improvement is as follows:

- For package products that did not originally include Blue Garnet, we will add an amount of Blue Garnet equivalent to the purchase price.

- For products that are still inefficient even after adding Blue Garnet, we will increase the quantity and improve the contents.

For users who have already purchased these products, we will provide the additional items during today's maintenance as compensation.
