Hello, this is Director Lee Jong-joo.
Today, I’ve come with various updates to share. Let’s begin right away.
New Hero
Clues: 24, Lake, Year 943, Marriage, Younger brother
The answer is the new hero, Aria.
Explanation
24: Aria is a successor of Shulf village's techniques and possesses the rare talent to use 24 types of Resonance magic. However, she has sealed most of them herself, using only healing-type resonance magic to help people.
Lake: The first place where Aria first appeared is Lake Wyolina.
943: This was considered the tricky one. Since it matches the starting year of "A Cagesong of the Ocean", it may have made the quiz easier. In Aria’s hometown Shulf Village, there is a line: "A stranger has visited since 943 years has passed."
Marriage: In the ending scene of "A Cagesong of the Ocean", on the hill where the protagonist’s party met Mitchell, there is a heartwarming scene suggesting a marriage promise between Aria and Palman.
Younger brother: Aria’s younger brother, Altos, travels across the continent of Beltruna in search of his sister. In the ending, he is reunited emotionally with her.
Aria of the Dawn is a character who, after fulfilling the great cause of extinguishing the Dark Sun, finally begins to live a life she truly desires. After marrying Palman, she leaves Shulf Village and heads to Numéros. However, due to the tyranny of Emperor Rauzen and the lingering effects of the Dark Sun, Numeros remains in chaos and darkness. Aria chooses a new life of helping the people of Numeros. She is a warm yet firm-willed hero who acts with the hope of sweeping away the darkness and bringing dawn to people's hearts.
Interface Improvement
The Lobby and Main Menu interfaces has been renewed. The main focus of this renewal is on improving readability and convenience.
We’ve rearranged the overall UI layout to help players identify information more intuitively, and made the screen layout neater and more organized.
Also, reflecting feedback that the “Quest Replay” feature was hard to notice in the quest window, it has been moved to the Collection Room as a separate feature, making it more accessible. In addition, improvements to the shop interface are in preparation, and we hope to introduce them soon.
We will continue making improvements to enhance overall gameplay convenience.
<Tower of Challenge> Expansion & Skip Feature
Starting this season, <Tower of Challenge>Tirasweel Season has been expanded.
The players can challenge up to Floor 300, the expansion applies only to servers where the Conqueror appeared during Tirasweel season. <Tower of Challenge> is designed to provide deeper challenge and sense of achievement at higher floors.
Although we adjusted the difficulty for Floors 1–200 to ease the entry barrier, Floors 201–300 will become the most difficult content currently available.
In servers that had a conqueror in the same season, Floors 1–200 will still have the Conqueror Buff applied. However, Floors 201–300 will not have the buff until a Floor 300 conqueror appears, so please take note.
Also, considering the fatigue of repeatedly clearing upper floors every season, we are adding a new Skip Feature. This feature allows you to start from a restored floor based on your highest record in the previous season. For example, if you ended last season at Section 5, this season’s challenge will begin at the start of Section 5. (This restored section matches the reward distribution range.) You will also receive rewards for the skipped floors without loss.
New Convenience Feature for Content
With this update, a Consecutive Battle feature has been added to some content.
It is now available in:
Adventure
Book of Adventure
Trial of Validation
Corridor of Validation
Infinite Abyss
We hope this helps make repeated battles more comfortable. Also <Rift of Horizon>, in , the Sweep feature has been improved. Now, you can immediately sweep stages from <Horizon Rift> list for faster and more convenient progression.
New Growth System – Tome of Fate
As mentioned previously, this system is not designed to burden players with additional tasks. Rather, <Tome of Fate> is a small token of appreciation for the heroes you’ve raised so far, as well as a clearer goal for future growth.
We have tried our best to make it intuitive and simple. Unlike past systems like <Artifacts> that felt complicated, this one is designed to be naturally understood as you play. Let me now introduce the system in detail.
<System>
As you all know, our game features five hero types:
Conviction (Attack-Type)
Guardian (Defense-Type)
Arcana (Magic-Type)
Farsight (Ranged-Type)
Sanctum (Support)
From now on, the growth values of heroes within each type will be accumulated as points. Based on these points, bonus stats will be applied to all heroes of that type.
For example:
If you've raised many Attack-type heroes → all Attack-type heroes grow stronger
If you've invested in Support heroes → you get bonus effects for all Support heroes
These points are naturally accumulated based on the hero’s individual growth elements.
You might be wondering, “Doesn’t this mean users with high transcendence gain advantages?”
Yes, transcendence does contribute to the points, but we have carefully adjusted the values so that it doesn’t become overly dominant. In short: You get bonuses for transcendence, but players without high transcendence won’t be left far behind.
The goal of this system is simple:
“Reward Growth with more growth—without making it feel like another wall.”
<Point>
Hero Acquisition → 30 points
Reaching level 10 / 30 / 50 / 70 → 6 points each
Unlocking Potential stages 2 / 4 / 6 → 5 points each
Reaching Rank 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 → 3 points each
Transcendence Stage 1~6 → 6 points each
In summary, as you raise heroes, points are accumulated. These points translate into stat bonuses by hero type. In turn, your entire account grows stronger little by little. We hope this system feels more like “What I’ve raised so far was not in vain,” rather than “Ugh, another complicated system again…” We sincerely hope <Tome of Fate>leaves a clear mark on your journey of growth.
Hall of Heroes – New Season & Costume Reward
The special costume for the upcoming <Hall of Heroes> season is Jurio.
The new season rule is as follows: [Magician Hunter] – Physical Damage +50%, Magical Resistance +30%
We expect to see a variety of physical-damage-based team compositions this season.
That concludes today’s announcement.
Additionally, <Destiny, Eternity, and Sea Abyss> will be expanded from Floors 250 to 300 this week, and <Resonance Stone> system will also receive an expansion.
In June, we plan to proceed with remakes for 3–4 heroes.
Thank you.
