    Hello,

This is Lee Jong-ju, Director of "The Legend of Heroes: GAGHARV TRILOGY"

This is my first time reaching out to you all, and I'll admit, I've spent quite a bit of time pondering over what to say about our game. Should I keep it casual with a simple greeting, or dive deep into the game's intricacies? So many thoughts have been swirling in my mind about where to begin.

Today, I'd like to share with you the background behind our decision to use the "Legend of Heroes" IP. At the end of this message, I'll also outline the topics I plan to cover in upcoming posts.

I'm committed to answering any questions you might have through this official community, our bulletin board, or in the comments section up until our launch.

As a self-proclaimed "Legend of Heroes" kid, I was deeply passionate about this game. This background, I believe, makes me well-suited as a developer to understand and convey what makes "Legend of Heroes" so appealing. It's precisely why I chose to work with the "Legend of Heroes" IP.

When you play "Legend of Heroes", it's not just a one-time thing. The game sticks with you, making you want to come back for more. You'll find yourself replaying it to see different endings and relive those scenes that really hit you in the feels.

Even now, I can't help but get emotional thinking about certain moments in the game. Some scenes that still get to me are:

    • Raoul’s purification in "Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch"

    • Avin diving into the abyss in "A Tear of Vermillion"

    • The Shulf Village in “A Cagesong of the Ocean”

Even after playing these scenes dozens of times, I am still overwhelmed by them.

I deeply want more people to experience this incredible game. There's nothing I'd love more than to share my fond memories with others and give them the chance to dive into these moving stories and meet the captivating heroes of "Legend of Heroes." My hope is that this time around, the game won't just be for a niche audience, but that a wide range of players will get to enjoy it.

That's why I believe mobile is the perfect platform for us. It allows us to effectively convey the game's appeal while making it easily accessible to a much larger group of players.

I understand that the mobile CCGRPG genre, along with the incomplete game content revealed at G-Star, may have raised some concerns among you. I've heard your worries about potentially extreme gacha mechanics, quality issues, and fears of tarnishing your nostalgic memories of the original game.

While I know it's challenging to address every player's concern, I want to give you my word: I'm committed to improving the game's overall quality. Even after release, I'll keep working on the game through updates, aiming to reach a point where you'll think, "Yeah, this is pretty good," or "It's actually worth playing."

I promise to keep the lines of communication open through regular GM notes and other forums. That's all for today, but here's a sneak peek at what I plan to discuss next:

    • The direction of the story after the conclusion of "The legend of heroes: Gagharv Trilogy"

    • The challenges and changes faced in adapting the game to mobile

    • How the game, which consists of three series, will be presented

    • The legend of known stories even dedicated fans might not know

    • The implementation of numerous towns from the "Legend of Heroes" series

    • Unique features and mechanics of the game’s battle system

I will prepare these topics one by one for our future discussions.

Lastly, to make this post more engaging, I'll end with an image that true fans should recognize. I hope it brings back some memories!

    Have a great weekend!

    Thank you.

    Director Lee Jong-ju
