It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of The Legend of Heroes: Gagharv Trilogy service in the Global and Asia regions.
We sincerely appreciate our valued adventurers who have supported the game throughout its journey. While we explored various possibilities to continue the Global/Asia region services, we have ultimately made the difficult decision to end the Global/Asia region services.
To support adventurers who wish to continue their journey after the service ends, we are planning to duplicate all linked Global/Asia accounts data to the Korean server. Thanks to your unwavering support, the service ─ first launched on August 28, 2024 ─ has lasted for over a year. We extend our gratitude to every adventurer who has been part of this journey.
We will do our utmost to make your remaining time in the game as meaningful as possible.
Please refer to the details below regarding the termination schedule and refund information.
■ End of Service Announcement
1. Service Termination Schedule
- Affected Region: Global, Asia
- Service Ends: September 25, 08:00 (UTC+9), 2025 (Thu)
- Paid Service Ends: September 4, 08:00 (UTC+9), 2025 (Thu)
- Refund Request Period: September 25 - October 31, 2025
- Official Community Closure: December 1, 2025
· Discord operations will end, and all channels will be unavailable.
· English Support on the official website will be discontinued.
- All dates are based on Korean Standard Time(KST), and the times may change depending on the maintenance schedule.
※ Notes
· The game will remain playable in the Global and Asia regions until the official service termination date.
· Only Korean language support will be available after the service termination.
· Downloads and updates will be available only through Korean Google Play and App Store after the service termination.
· The game will be unavailable for download or updates via Google Play or the App Store in affected regions after the service termination.
· If you have already installed the game via Google Play Games for PC (GPG) before the service ends, you will still be able to update the game afterwards, as long as you do not uninstall it.
· If your Google account region is not set to Korea, new installations and in-app purchases via Google Play Games for PC (GPG) will be unavailable after the service termination.
2. Account Data Duplication & Use
- Account Duplication Date: September 4, 2025 (Thu)
- Affected Accounts: All linked accounts from the Global and Asia regions will be duplicated and transferred to the Korean region.
※ Notes
· Only the data as of September 4 will be duplicated to the Korean server and Global/Asia Service will end on September 25.
· Any progress made in the Global/Asia regions after the account duplication will not be transferred to the Korea region.
· To continue using your account after the service ends, we recommend playing in the Korean region with your duplicated account.
3. Duplication Account Access
- Server Mapping
└ Accounts duplicated from the Global and Asia regions will be transferred to the following Korean servers:
– Nickname
└ If your nickname is already in use in the Korean region, it will be automatically changed to the format Nickname#Number.
└ You will be able to change your nickname once for free.
※ Notes
· To use the service in Korea, you must set your region to ‘Korea’ when logging in.
· If you do not request a refund, you can continue using the service in Korea after the global service ends.
· The Server name may change after the account duplication, and we will notify you if it does.
4. Refund
- Eligible Items:
· Unused Blue Garnet
· Time-limited premium products with remaining validity (e.g., Passes)
· Unclaimed packages in the Storage
- Request Period: September 25 (Thu) ~ October 31 (Fri)
- Refund Schedule: The Request will be processed after the request period ends.

(The refund form will become available once the request period starts after the service ends.)
※ Notes
· Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining amount of Blue Garnet at the time of refund processing.
· Time-limited premium products will be refunded based on remaining days as of the service termination date.
· Once a refund is requested, the duplicated account in the Korean region will be permanently suspended after the request period ends.
· Unclaimed packages in Storage can be refunded through the in-game Customer Support Center before the service ends, regardless of the refund schedule.
