Please check your game UID and nickname in advance, as these are required to verify your account for the refund.

■ Refund Information Before Service Ends
1. Refund Schedule
· Request Period: September 25 - October 31 (KST)
· Processing: Refunds will be reviewed and issued sequentially after the request period ends.
2. Eligible Items
· Unused Blue Garnet
· Time-limited premium products with remaining validity (e.g., Passes)
· Unclaimed packages in the Storage
- Refunds for Blue Garnet will be calculated based on the remaining balance at the time of processing.
- Time-limited premium products will be refunded based on remaining days as of the service termination date.
- If an unclaimed item in your Storage is automatically refunded under the store’s policy, it will not be eligible for a duplicate refund.
3. Required information
· UID
└ To find your UID: Tap Profile (top left) → Character UID
· Nickname
· Server
· Most recent purchase receipt (from the respective store) or order number
- Please confirm and save this information before the service ends.
- The UID must belong to the Global/Asia account you are requesting a refund for.
- After the service closure, it will no longer be possible to check your UID or nickname.
- If the UID or nickname is incorrect, the refund may be delayed or not processed.
- Refunds are processed per account or per character (by server). For multiple accounts or characters, please submit a separate request for each one after confirming the UID, nickname, and server information.
4. How to submit a Request
· Refund application can be submitted through the link below:

5. Important Notes
· Refund requests cannot be made after the request period ends.
· Please make sure to confirm and save your UID and nickname before the service ends.
· The company cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect information.
· Refund eligibility is subject to each platform’s policy (Apple, Google, etc.). If a platform declines the refund, the company cannot provide separate assistance.
· If you do not request a refund, you may continue playing on the Korean region. However, accounts that request a refund will be suspended in Korea after refund processing.
