In ancient times, when the three realms were still one, existing only in old tales and myths, a great battle erupted between Baldus, the God of Light, and Octum, the God of Darkness. Although Octum was defeated and sealed away by Baldus, light and darkness are fundamentally inseparable. Having lost his counterpart, Baldus gradually weakened, and all the Gods fell into a deep slumber.

It is discovered that using Resonance Magic with negative emotions gathers clusters of human lamentation and thoughts, generating a perilous energy known as "Harmful Frequencies." This revelation prompts the prohibition of Resonance Magic.

The machinations of the sorcerer Tempest, ignite internal strife within the Red Tribe, plunging the entire realm of El Phildin into the tumultuous throes of war.

The warrior Milligan, destined to be known as the Flame King, unites the Red Tribe and forges a united kingdom. Ascending to the throne with the support of the Church, he bestows upon the realm the proud name of El Phildin.

In the northern region of Boreas in El Phildin, the Palace of Durga encased in ice is discovered.

The grand Cathedral of Valkd is completed, prompting the relocation of the Church of Baldus' headquarters from the previous Cathedral. Following this, Valkd is revered as the Holy City, and the Cathedral a sacred site where the clergy comes to perform their holy rites.

During the Southern expedition led by Captain Bale, Gagharv is discovered. Subsequently, many attempted to traverse the rift, but all are met with failure.

The lands of Another World begin to be contaminated due to the effects of the Harmful Frequencies emitted by the Otherworldly Moon. Gradually, its inhabitants migrate to Esfin to escape the expanding contamination.

Prophecy Of The Moonlight Witch

On the continent of Tirasweel, located east of Gagharv, legends of the witches' pilgrimage remain. Among them is the tale of the Moonlight Witch, who roamed the various nations of the continent 20 years ago, leaving behind prophecies.

Jurio, a naive boy from the small village of Ragpick in the corners of Pholtia, and his childhood friend Chris embark on a pilgrimage to visit shrines in various parts of the continent as a part of a coming-of-age ritual that pays tribute to the pilgrimage of the witches.

However, what starts as a simple rite of passage rapidly escalates when the shrines reveal to them signs of the coming end of the world.

While agonizing over how to prevent this prophesized catastrophe, Jurio and Chris come to realize that the pilgrimage of the Moonlight Witch 20 years ago was also a journey to prevent the destruction of the world. Embarking on a series of encounters and events, they trace the Moonlight Witch's footsteps, determined to avert the prophesied apocalypse.
